01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you ") and 300ok ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 300ok platform at https://300ok.io, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform. Continued use of 300ok following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised document.

These Terms apply to all aspects of the 300ok platform, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, promotional offers, payment processing, and customer support interactions.

02 Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the 300ok platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots may not register accounts.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 300ok or any responsible gaming body.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

300ok reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be permanently closed. All funds in that account, including deposits and any winnings, will be forfeited in full. 300ok will not be liable for any losses incurred by an underage player prior to account closure.

03 Account Registration

To use the full range of 300ok services, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — confidential and secure. You must not share your account access with any third party.

One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the 300ok platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using alternative personal details, is a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances, bonuses, or winnings within them will be forfeited without recourse.

300ok reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason. Account registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the platform.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. 300ok will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 300ok platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum single deposit is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 300ok, though your chosen payment provider may apply its own limits.
• Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• Deposits are credited to your 300ok wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. In most cases this is instant; however, bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect.
• 300ok does not charge platform fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 300ok accepts no responsibility.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum single withdrawal is ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the 300ok compliance team.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of your payment method.
• 300ok aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of submission. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• 300ok reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

300ok may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free credits, enhanced odds, cashback offers, or other incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable to sports betting bonuses), and expiry periods are specified on the relevant promotion page. Players are responsible for reading these terms before claiming any offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless the terms of a specific promotion explicitly state otherwise.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games and sports betting markets available on the 300ok platform are provided by third-party certified game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules governing each individual game are determined by the relevant provider and are accessible within the game interface.

• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or facilitating deposits or withdrawals on behalf of another person.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the platform or any game. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
• Attempting to launder money or using the platform in connection with any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or members of the 300ok support team.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform for which you do not have authorisation.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 300ok platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the property of 300ok or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from 300ok.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software used on the platform.
• Use the 300ok brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 300ok and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the 300ok platform or any of its services.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the platform's operation caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 300ok's reasonable control.
• Losses incurred as a result of game outcomes, betting results, or any other form of gambling activity conducted on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information, game descriptions, promotional content, or other material published on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 300ok's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
